“ I’m obsessed with Eataly! My first time was back in April with a group of 8 was phenomenally served by Chloe. Service was 5-star. We ordered quite a bit on the menu and every single item was delicious and all our mains came out at the same time. Loved Eataly so much that I came back for my birthday, served by Paola, who was also phenomenal. The restaurant was fully booked, yet understaffed, so the wait time to get asked for our orders was quite long (felt even longer when you’re hungry). However, as soon as Paola started taking our orders, everything went smoothly. There was no wait time for our food and drinks. Will be back here in a week or so to take my boss for dinner! ”

“ Eataly is one of the premium restaurants per se and they do deliver their service and food up to the mark. But the overall experience for us was not 100%. We did manage to reserve a table on a busy weekend. As soon as we were seated, the server attended to us, and immediately informed they don’t have any chicken options. Weird as it sounds coz it’s a weekend, peak dinner time and the restaurant is out of chicken!!!! We looked for alternative options which were limited as none of us ate red meat. One of us settled for a salmon dish while others opted for veg/vegan opts. While each of the dishes were tasting good and flavourful, we have surely enjoyed much better pasta and pizza at other restaurants. Their desserts were mind blowing for sure. I would probably only go there again for their desserts. Overall it was a decent dinner experience, but for the price we paid, we have had much better experience elsewhere. ”

“ We had a lovely dinner here tonight for a little celebration with my partner, and everything was perfect! Our server, Sarah, was so nice and friendly — she made us feel very comfortable with no pressure at all. The food was delicious, especially the pizza — the dough was really well made and super tasty. We truly enjoyed the whole meal. Definitely coming back again when we get the chance! ???????? ”

“ Our server Paola was lovely! She was extremely warm and welcoming, conversational, and checked in on us throughout the meal. Our lasagna and pizza were both really delicious. The pizza crust was perfectly thin (even without upgrading to the thin crust). The crust also held its shape and was slightly crispy. Paola also recommended an Italian soda (specifically lemon) which we really enjoyed! Would definitely come back to try other dishes and the service also makes us want to come back soon. ”

“ Our server Gibby was so sweet, attentive and quick with waiting on us. I had the prefix menu, which included the bruschetta and bucatini cacio e pepe, added some delicious tender grilled chicken. The bruschetta was interesting, had burrata, peas and guanciale (first time trying, so good!). The bucatini was nice and thick, and the sauce wasn't too heavy which I usually fear after eating Italian food. The only down side is that bread is not complimentary, it's $5 for a bread basket of 4 pieces. Everything was so good. Will return. ”

From the moment we walked in, Bianca warmly welcomed us and made sure we had a perfect table with a great view, such a thoughtful touch that really set the tone for the evening. Our server, John, was exceptional. Attentive, friendly, and knowledgeable. he made great recommendations and ensured everything ran smoothly from start to finish. The food was outstanding. The Alfredo pasta wasn’t just delicious, it came with a charming story behind its creation, making it feel extra special. And the steak? Absolutely perfect. juicy, tender, and bursting with flavor. “ I visited Eataly's Don Mills location recently and ordered from their special fixed price menu which was being advertised by our server. A few of the options were not available so unfortunately I didn't have my first choices, and opted for the next best options. For an appetizer, I ordered their Carpaccio di zucchine, which was fresh and quite delicious. For the main, I had to also order the next best option as what I originally wanted to order was not available so I ordered their Potato Gnocchi with an extra side of grilled chicken breast for protein. The chicken was okay and I really didn't enjoy the gnocchi at all, I felt that the tomato sauce used in the dish tasted like canned soup and I tasted a weird after taste after every bite, (which ultimately led me to feel sick a few minutes after leaving the restaurant). I also ordered their Pistachio tiramisu for dessert, which was delicious and not overwhelmingly sweet. Overall, the atmosphere of the restaurant was great, as it's located in a fun and modern shopping plaza, and they also have a cute market with unique items for sale integrated in the same location of the restaurant. Service was okay nothing special and maybe it was my mistake to order from their promotional menu instead of their regular menu, as to me, it was not worth the hype or feeling sick afterwards. “ Bianca was a very friendly and welcoming person. She gave us the best spot and our server (john)was very attentive, always checking if we needed anything and taking care of us quickly. Diego served us the Alfredo pasta and told us its story, which we really enjoyed. The food was very good and delicious — we truly had a great time.” ”
